Lactation
My home and office visits include a comprehensive health history assessment, lactation assessment, functional frenum evaluation, oral motor assessment, reflex assessment, developmental evaluation, dietary consultation, and instruction on rhythmic movements, therapeutic tummy time, oral motor exercises, and any other relevant interventions to address issues uncovered in the evaluations. Visits are normally 1.5-2 hours.
- Prenatal breastfeeding consult, 60 minutes: $125
- Initial Infant Visit, 90+ minutes: $200 for 1 baby
- Initial Visit for twins: $250
- Follow-up visits (at the office), 90 minutes: $175
- Home-Visit Surcharge: $25 min, variable based on distance
- Weekend or Holiday Surcharge: $25

- Virtual consult: Initial $125 / Followup: $100 / Twins: $150
Myofunctional Therapy
Myofunctional Exams include a comprehensive health history assessment, functional frenum evaluation, assessment of lingual range of motion, breathing habits, oral tone, and any other habits that may impair oral function. The initial assessment will usually take 1.5 hours, and a detailed report will follow.
- Myofunctional assessment $297 in-office: $197 due at the evaluation
- The remaining $100 is due at the records appointment before starting therapy
- Home visit Surcharge: min $25, variable based on distance
- Myofunctional therapy follow-up sessions: $90
- Pay-in-full discounts and 6-12 month packages are available
- Gut healing guidance and craniosacral fascial services are not covered by insurance and will incur a separate cost based on time spent.
